Our Joliet Martial Arts school may seem like just another place to get fit and learn self-defense... but really, it’s so much more. Because the techniques are challenging, they require your full attention. You have to focus on the instructor and what they’re saying, then perform what they taught you.

The neat thing is that this concentration naturally pours into all other areas of your life too.

Adults find themselves focusing more easily and intensely at work. Kids pay better attention and focus better in school for longer periods of time.

#3 Totally Fit and Toned

Each class is loaded with fun and challenging exercises. But because you're so focused on performing techniques, and having so much fun, you hardly notice it. Before you know it, the class is over, and you not only learned powerful martial arts, you got a great workout, too.

We have a blend of unique elements in all our Kids Martial Arts classes; techniques, discipline, respect and fun. The outcome: disciplined kids who are well-behaved with a great sense of respect everywhere they go. In traditional kickboxing and boxing matches, when two opponents "clinch" or "hug", they're instantly separated. However, this happens in street fights, yet there's no ref to blow the whistle.
